A recent incident in Minnesota led to the arrest of a man after he was accused of shooting a woman. Reports are referring to the event as a domestic violence situation, but it is unclear what may have motivated the purported shooting. Reportedly, the 49-year-old woman was outside of an American Legion building around 9 p.m. when she apparently suffered a gunshot wound.
